Kandid captures the ‘Color of Feeling’ on fresh release

Kandid has dropped off a new project called Color of Feeling. Born Ifeanyi Okoye in Sokoto State, Nigeria, and now residing in Lagos, Kandid's vivid sound blends Afrobeats, R&B, highlife, Afropop, and dancehall, reflecting his dynamic approach to songwriting. With influences like Wizkid, Chronixx, and Damian Marley, Kandid has built a catalogue of potent releases which often merge warm, romantic sounds with introspective lyrics. His latest release, Color of Feeling, presents a poignant blend of Afrobeat, R&B, highlife, and other genres, while it provides a diverse listen with tracks that range from infectious dance rhythms to emotive storytelling.
