Flamingosis dropped the details for his forthcoming album and released its lead single, a funky collaboration with Marc Rebillet called 'Feel Yourself.'
Brooklyn-based artist Flamingosis has long been at the forefront of the uplifting side of the dance music spectrum. Influenced by the sounds of soul, funk, jazz, and hip-hop, his electronic offerings have been some of the most dynamic in the scene, all while putting a smile on listeners' faces. Flamingosis' albums, Bliss Station, Daymaker, Bright Moments, Kahunastyle, and Pleasure Pallette, have all showcased the vibes he brings to speakers near and far, and now he's adding another to his discography, Better Will Come.
Better Will Come is due out on May 10 via his label, Kahuna Style, and will focus on the journey Flamingosis has taken through life as he transformed into his authentic self. Prepare to experience some of his best work yet as he delivers energetic electronic-driven tunes with a dash of live funk instrumentation and more found throughout its runtime.
The album highlights my own personal experience of growing, and you can potentially relate your story to what I went through. I learned a lot of hard lessons, but I made a conscious effort to grow in every way-not just musically, but physically, mentally, and spiritually. I did a lot of inner work, and I channeled these experiences into the music. If you pursue self-improvement, life improves around you too.

Those looking for a first taste of what's in store on the album can do so now, as the funky fresh lead single, "Feel Yourself," is out now across all platforms with a fun-loving music video paired with it. Joining Flamingosis on the single is another beloved artist who brings the heat with his own music, Marc Rebillet. "You can either be your greatest enemy or greatest friend. You have to believe and love yourself first and foremost. Beautiful things will start falling into place soon after that happens," Flamingosis shared about the track's meaning before thanking the Loop Daddy himself for relaying the message.
That's not all that Flamingosis had in store, as he dropped some upcoming tour dates to support the album's release later this year. The Better Will Come tour is set to kick off on May 17 in Salt Lake City before he heads to cities including Seattle, Vancouver, San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix, Portland, and more. Flamingosis will be joined by The Bodega Groove Collective, an all-star band featuring Nate Miller, Nico Jimenez from OPIUO's live band, and IanGilley and DrewBirch from DIASTRATA (formerly RECESS). Others have occasionally joined in as well, including members from Thievery Corporation, ODESZA's live band, and more.
