Mega explains, "Creating this video was lots of fun- each scene was a great opportunity to wear dresses and outfits that I definitely wouldn't be wearing on a regular week day in the studio! But felt it super empowering in those outfits considering "Don't Get Too Close" is an empowerment anthem and is about protecting your energy. It was great to be able to reflect that in the different scenes. I think protecting your energy is crucial to your mental and physical health. We give a lot of ourselves away every day and often it can be difficult to remove ourselves from negative distractions or situations in our lives. Seeing how far you've come is good fuel to continue on that that journey of honouring that. I wanted this video to feel fun and empowering and it was great to have the incredible dancers Lucy Gregory and Elisha Clarke creative some fun choreography in the choruses to be bring that to life".
