Kevin Brandon, AKA Brandino, has dropped a new track on N'House Records LLC on Friday, March 18th. Brandino turns up on this track with his signature 5 string Warwick Fretless Bass.
Rappers Emcee N.I.C.E. and California based WildChild do a funny rap about Brandino and his love of gumbo. At one point, WildChild asks "what's there to do in Louisiana?" and the response is ~ Jazz! They go on to describe spicy food and Gumbo which, as everybody knows, can change your life. Mmm gumbo is so good. This song is a lot of fun. Gumbo Man ~ available for purchase:

About Brandino: Kevin "Brandino" Brandon is a 7 time Grammy Awarded, Producer, Composer, Arranger, and Bassist starting with the album "Singularity," nominated Best Pop Instrumental Album of the Year 2011 by Robby Krieger of the Doors. Among other high-profile projects last year, Brandino worked on the December 14, 2010 release of Michael Jackson's new album entitled "Michael" which is expected to be a big seller in 2011. Though based in Los Angeles, he also went to New York in November to participate in a Warwick Family Photo shoot with his friends Larry Graham and Bootsy Collins.

Blige and a standout performance at the American Music Awards with Jamie Foxx.
Brandino returned to the studio to work on a variety of recording projects for such artists as: Mary J. Blige, Brandy, J 1, Jamiroquai, Richard Ashcroft, Jesse McCartney, Joss Stone, Jamie Foxx, Brandino and Friends "Live at Charlie O's Vol 1, 2 &3"and the UNCF award show salute to Smokey Robinson, which featured an array of stars such as John Legend, Macy Gray, Joss Stone, Heather Headley, Anita Baker, Smokey Robinson, and Stevie Wonder.
Brandino also works within the television industry, and his credits include three Emmy Awards for his work in 1985, 1986 and 1992 as a composer for the daytime soap opera "Santa Barbara" and for reality shows GENE SIMMONS - FAMILY JEWELS, the Millionaire Matchmaker, Pit Boss, the Squeeze, Rehab: Party At The Hard Rock Hotel, It Only Hurts When I Laugh.
Brandino is finishing up his song book series with "Brandino's Melodies and Songbook " Vol 2 using the Sibelius music writing software for his volumes of books for Bass, Treble, and Bass and Treble instruments combined, a collection of compositions from his three solo albums.
Brandino's seven Grammy and three Emmy awards reflects his love and dedication to the entertainment industry.
He has been featured in advertisements and interviews for such companies as: Bass Players Magazine Featured Interview July 2008, Warwick Basses, and CAD microphones GK amps, IK Multimedia, M-Audio, Levy's Leather, Mix Magazine and BBE Sound, just to name a few.
"Brandino's humanitarian organization for inner-city youth, called "You Can Do It If You Try" is now affiliated with the broadcasting unit start-up South Central TV, and new programs targeted at the disadvantaged and disabled, co-developed by Brandino's non-profit and SCTV, will begin broadcasting in Summer 2020.
