Freekbass Shares New Single 'Brainwave' Featuring Doug Wimbish

Celebrated bassist Freekbass keeps the new music coming with the release of his "Brainwave" single. Freekbass recruited legendary Living Colour bassist Doug Wimbish to contribute to the track.
Most of the sounds featured on the psychedelic "Brainwave" are bass guitar. The track was created by the pair "with the common goal of escaping into the innermost dwellings of the hypnotic bass universe they share, and they are giving you the key to the gate," as per a note accompanying "Brainwave."
"Brainwave" also includes spoken word provided by Rob Calvert. Freekbass and Doug Wimbish co-produced the track with the former handling mixing duties.
