Ozzy Osbourne and Judas Priest to ignite Birmingham's Genting Arena

As a callback to 1992's 'No More Tours' shows, the Prince of Darkness is set to return to his homeland once more on the European leg of his semi-farewell tour 'No More Tours II'.

Ozzy promises to return in monstrous form with an all-star band of collaborating musicians: long time right hand man Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society) on guitars, Blasko (Rob Zombie) on bass, Tommy Clufetos (Black Sabbath, Rob Zombie) on drums, and Adam Wakeman (Headspace, Rick and Adam Wakeman) on keyboards. Expect an extensive run of classic Ozzy Osbourne tracks and maybe even a couple from the Black Sabbath back catalogue.

And what better way to revisit the UK, and more specifically the Midlands, than with fellow metal legends Judas Priest providing support. Having achieved the highest acclaim in their discography since 1990's Painkiller, 2018's Firepower has tightly grasped the world of metal and completely annihilated any doubt that Judas Priest have still got it. Clad in black leather, with Rob Halford's signature raspy falsetto tearing through a mix of blazing instrumentals, the performance is sure to be colossal.

The announcement of the tour came with Ozzy's following comments: "It's 'No More Tours', so I'm just not doing world tours anymore. I'm still going to be doing gigs, but I'm not going on tour for six months at a time anymore. I'd like to spend some time at home." It's hard to argue with that, he's certainly earned the rest.

With Black Sabbath playing their last run of shows in 2017, this is truly the last time Ozzy can be caught on a tour. Be there or despair: Genting Arena in February 2019, it's going to be a historical occasion that can't afford to be missed.
