Salmonella Dub is set to transform Brunswick Ballroom into a dancefloor journey through space with their new double digital album.

The New Zealand dub pioneers will feature band originator Andrew (aka DJ Rudeboy) on the mix alongside vocalists Mighty Asterix and Whirimako Black, complemented by Salmonella Dub’s renowned horn section. This special performance promises a two-hour audio-visual mashup weaving through the band’s anthems and new dub basslands.

The performance will showcase tracks from their latest releases Soul Love Trippa, Return to Our Kowai, and For All Things Alive, alongside remixes and versions from collaborators including The Nomad, DJ Mu from Fat Freddy’s Drop, Dub Fx, DJ Digital, Dreadzone, and Adrian Sherwood.

Their influence on the Australasian music scene has been profound, helping to foster and tour acts like Fat Freddy’s Drop, Shapeshifter, Cornerstone Roots, Kora, and Trinity Roots. This touring incarnation continues the Salmonella Dub legacy with original members including Andrew Penman leading the charge.
